We had a wonderful stay at your hotel.  The smell of baking bread in the morning was a wonderful way to wake up.  I wish I could sip wine every day in your courtyard.  And to have a bakery, wine, fois gras shops so close to the hotel was a dream.  ***Bravo*** to your staff for all their kindness and patience with my elderly mother who was quite demanding at times—your staff was always professional and courtious.  Merci beaucoup.
