Love the Hotel de Varenne's location and charm

Greetings from Vancouver,

We have just returned from another trip to Europe, and this is the fifth time someone in our immediate family has used your hotel.  This time, it was simply my daughter and I travelling together.  We are particularly fond of the elderly gentleman at the desk.  I am sorry, but his name escapes me at the moment.  His kind and gentle warmth will not be forgotten.
