Good hotel, but could be excellent

Recently decorated, very clean, good position, with pleasant outside courtyard when it is warm. Friendly and helpful staff. Very few spaces for breakfast if the outside cannot be used, but breakfast is available in many cafes. The rooms are well equipped including a fridge, but the lack of coffee or tea making facilities was a surprising omission frustrating for the price. Air conditioning is available when it is hot, but in cold weather the central heating system only comes on in the early morning, so our room was cold in the evening.
A good hotel that with a few improvements could be excellent.
